Dr. Naomi Osemedua

Founder/ President.

Dr. Naomi Osemedua is a Human Physiologist, A Certified and Renowned Life Coach, National Transformation Strategist and Global speaker who has been featured in High impact events and spoken on stages across Four Continents. She is passionate about Human Capacity Development and loves to speak with humor, using real life stories to keep her audience captivated.

She has also been listed as one of Nigeria’s 100 most inspiring women 2020 by Leading Ladies Africa and in June 2022, she was listed among 100 most Impactful Women by Richer Woman Inc and the Vanguard Allure for her work in contributing towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

She is fondly called the SPARKLE QUEEN, as she sprinkles her “Sparkle Effect” on everything she touches.

As the CEO of the CentreStage Company – she is on a mission to help driven Entrepreneurs turn their Stories to profits and impact their world like only they can.

Naomi who is also a highly skilled Global Media Strategist uses her knowledge and expertise to coach personal and corporate brands on how to scale from being invisible to visible, not just
in their local space but particularly in the global community, helping them perform at peak levels, leverage digital media platforms as they SERVE with purpose and enjoy the freedom to be, do and have all that they desire.

Mrs Nini-Okey Uche

Director of Strategic Planning and International Development.

Mrs. Ninikanwa Okey-Uche was born on 30 May 1972 in Enugu State to the family of Nze Herbert Chikwe and Amb. Dr. Kema Chikwe. She hails from Emekuku in Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State, ] Nigeria. From 1980 to 1988, she attended the exclusive Ashdown House Preparatory School, Forest Row, East Grinstead, Sussex for her Primary education and one of the top girls schools in England – Roedean School, for her Secondary education.

Thereafter, she attended the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Foreign Languages in 1993. She also obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Relations from the Foreign Service Academy (FSA) in Lagos in 1996 and went on to bag a Master’s Degree in International Politics (withDistinction) from the European Center for International and Strategic Studies (CERIS), Brussels, Belgium in 2005.


Mrs Okey-Uche fulfilled her mandatory service for the National Youth Service Corps in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) at Aso Rock Presidential Villa, as a Protocol Officer in 1995 and was employed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in the same year. She has served in several strategic capacities at home and abroad over the past twenty-seven (27) years. While at home, these include as the Personal Assistant to the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs (1996-1999), Special Assistant to the Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, who then became the Honourable Minister of Health and retained her services (1999-2002), Assistant Chief Protocol Officer (ACPO) and then Assistant Director of Protocol to the Vice President and as Special Assistant, Operations and General Liaison, to the President, all from 2007 to 2011.

Mrs Emem Opashi

Director Of Education

Emem Opashi is a seasoned Edupreneur, excellent communicator, author, podcast host, consultant, and creative breakthrough coach with extensive experience across the education ecosystem. She has helped 100s of people, brands, and businesses actualize profitable education products, getting them one step closer to being in the top 5% of their industry.

She has established valuable expertise across diverse areas, including brand communication, life coaching, course content creation, and global event management—notably in orchestrating annual exhibition summits, leading national education training programs, consulting on international development projects, and managing organizational improvement portfolios. A prolific lifelong, she most recently gained an MSc in International Business from Anglia Ruskin, Cambridge as well as a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCA) in Education Studies from the Unversity of Cambridge.

Her other qualifications include a Master’s from Walden University, USA; Postgraduate Diploma (PGDE) in Educational Leadership and a BSc in Psychology for her first degree. She has a passion to promote the unique aspects of businesses and has facilitated market entry and brand visibility for several brands in her growing community of thought leaders. She sits on the board of several enterprising organizations including ACE Charity Africa, Bodyline Fitness and an advisor to the panel of ICEOTAS (the Int’l Council Education Other Than At School).

Roberta Blankson

Director of Partnership and Resource Mobilization.

Roberta Blankson is an international development professional with global experience working on interventions and delivering results that champion and catalyze the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Africa Union Agenda 2063. She has cross-sectoral experience from working within the public, private and INGO sectors, and has worked in multicultural environments, leading projects in Ghana, Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia among others.


She is well versed in facilitating the work of several government entities and parliaments, international donors and partners, civil society organizations and communities of practice by designing and delivering policy, programmes, projects, monitoring and evaluation, capacity strengthening interventions,
collaborations and partnerships that enhances development effectiveness, evidence based policy making, and creates sustainable solutions to some of the world’s complex development challenges.


Roberta currently works at the International Centre for Evaluation and Development (ICED) as a Senior Program Officer (East and West Africa), and has previously worked with the Office of the President of Ghana’s Monitoring and Evaluation Secretariat, the Ministry of Monitoring and Evaluation, the Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation and was also a Corporate Banker. She served on the Ministerial Advisory Board of the Ministry of Monitoring and Evaluation from 2019-2021.


She is the Founder and CEO of Forward Finesse, an international non-profit development organization, raising and supporting the next generation of young experts, leaders and changemakers to serve Africa and the globe, through literacy, leadership excellence, mentorship, upskilling, social entrepreneurship,
innovation and advocacy for a B.E.T.T.E.R world.
Roberta is a prolific writer and story teller, a public speaker, and the creator of the “On the Job” Series with 10 episodes for youth professional development. She is passionate about volunteerism, literacy, ethical public leadership, women empowerment and advocates for youth-inclusive development.
